V-blocks position cylindrical and rectangular workpieces during inspection or production. The angled body cradles round workpieces to prevent them from rolling on a flat surface. They also support square stock so it can be milled on a side or corner.
Cast Iron, Steel & Magnetic V-Blocks
V-blocks are used in layout, positioning, and inspection applications to securely position cylindrical workpieces. Magnetic v-blocks have always-on or on/off magnets. Steel and cast iron v-blocks may include detachable clamps with threaded rods that can be tightened to cylindrical workpieces of different sizes. V-blocks may be sold individually, in matched pairs, or in sets.
