Wire & Sheet Metal Thickness Gauges
Available7 products
Wire and sheet metal thickness gauges are circular metal discs that have precision holes and slots cut into them. These templates have gauge sizes printed on one side and often decimal and inch equivalents printed on the other side. They are an easy way to assess the gauge number of sheet metal for steel or iron, and the wire gauge size for steel, aluminum, brass, and copper wire.
Sheet Metal Thickness Gauges
Sheet metal thickness gauges are manufactured to the United States Standard for uncoated sheet metal including plate iron and steel. These stamped steel gauges have cutouts ranging in size from #36 to #0 and are typically stamped on the opposite side with the decimal inch equivalent of the gauge size.
