Lockformers pass sheet metal through a series of rollers to bend the sheets' edges. Also known as Pittsburgh machines, they form lock seams for joining sheets together and are commonly used to assemble HVAC ducts.
Lockformers
The standard roll set of these lockformers creates Pittsburgh lock seams. They accept compatible roll sets to form other profiles such as double seams, drive cleats, and flanges. Their electric motor drives the rollers.
