Ironworker Dies & Add-On Units
Available117 products
Dies and add-ons attach to ironworker machines to improve or expand their functionality. The dies replace worn dies or change to different shapes or sizes. The add-on units are used for applications such as adding a station to perform a different forming action, guiding cuts and bends, supplying power, and increasing work space.
Add-On Notcher Stations
Notcher stations carve out curves, squares, and other shapes on the edges of plates or the ends of pipe. Their cutting blades or dies shear through metal to make clean cuts. They are used for applications such as removing corners to form plates into trays and cutting saddles to join pipes and tubes. These add-on notchers mount to the open tooling station on a compatible ironworker machine.

Add-On Press Brake Stations
Press brake stations drive a punch into a die to bend metal plates. The workpiece sits on top of the die along the selected fold and the brake lowers the punch into the plate, forcing it into the die to make the fold. Press brakes are commonly used to bend automotive panels, create metal containers, and form framing components. These add-on press brakes mount to the open tooling station on a compatible ironworker machine.

Punch Die & Gauge Tables
Punch die and guide tables increase the work and layout surface of the punch station on compatible ironworker machines. Die tables allow punching in flanged or web surfaces on angles and channels. Gauge tables guide holemaking to provide accurate, repeatable results.

Punch Holders & Adapters
Punch holders and adapters allow the punch station on compatible ironworker machines to accept standard and oversized punches. These quick-change assemblies speed punch and die changes to minimize downtime when punching different hole sizes.

Light Attachments
These accessory lights plug into compatible ironworker machines and supply extra illumination at the workstations. Their magnetic base sticks to the ironworkers' surface to direct light where needed.
