Headed Liner Drill Bushings (HL)

Available43 products
Headed liner drill bushings (HL) have an overhang, or head, that stops them from being pushed through a drilling jig, making them ideal for applications where axial loads or vibration could move headless liner drill bushings. Type HL liner drill bushings are permanently installed in a drilling jig to allow renewable slip-fixed (SF) drill bushings to be inserted in the jig and to ease replacement of the drill bushings when they become worn or damaged. Liner drill bushings ensure accurate placement of type SF drill bushings and protect the jig from wear and damage when replacing the drill bushings.
