Constant-Level & Drip-Feed Oilers

Available38 products
Constant-level and drip-feed oilers ensure moving parts have a steady feed of lubrication as oil levels deplete over time due to displacement, misting, and evaporation. They mount permanently onto industrial machinery to lubricate gears, bearings, chains, and maintain oil levels in reservoirs such as gearboxes and bearing housings. Constant-level and drip feed oilers reduce maintenance needs by limiting frequent lubricant level checks and refilling of oil in equipment.

Vented Constant-Level Oilers

Vented Constant-Level Oilers
These constant-level oilers allow venting to the outside atmosphere. They maintain a consistent level of oil within gearboxes, bearing housings, and other contained moving parts that require a steady level of oil to keep moving parts lubricated. Constant-level oilers feed these housings to maintain a preset level of oil as lubricants are consumed, displaced, or evaporated.

Glass Reservoir Material

Glass resists corrosion from caustic materials and allows clear visibility to oil levels. An optional wire guard helps prevent breakage.

Plastic Reservoir Material

Plastic resists breakage in environments where glass is restricted, such as food-processing plants.

Standard Drip-Feed Oilers

Standard Drip-Feed Oilers

Standard drip-feed oilers lubricate single friction points in machinery on stationary industrial equipment, such as gears or bearings. Also called gravity-feed oilers, they permanently install above the highest point on the equipment to allow gravity to power the oiler.

Drip-Feed Chain Oilers

Drip-Feed Chain Oilers

These drip-feed oilers lubricate a single chain or gear as it passes through an attached brush. The oiler is controlled manually or by a solenoid wired to the on/off switch of the equipment so that the oiler only operates when equipment is running. The rate of lubrication on the brush adjusts using a dial on the brush valve.
