Constant-level and drip-feed oilers ensure moving parts have a steady feed of lubrication as oil levels deplete over time due to displacement, misting, and evaporation. They mount permanently onto industrial machinery to lubricate gears, bearings, chains, and maintain oil levels in reservoirs such as gearboxes and bearing housings. Constant-level and drip feed oilers reduce maintenance needs by limiting frequent lubricant level checks and refilling of oil in equipment.

Air-Operated Closed Constant-Level Oilers
Air-operated oilers connect to air systems to pressurize the oil in the reservoir and provide a lubricating spray. They are closed to the outside atmosphere to prevent the ingress of dirt and moisture. These oilers feature pressure regulators that adjust the volume of spray. Optional valves connect to the lubricating outlet to control the spray pattern (sold separately). Air-operated oilers are often used to lubricate rollers or large sheets.
