Lubricant Pumps
Lubricant pumps move large amounts of oil and grease from a drum, storage container, or reservoir. Also called grease pumps, they allow the operator to control the lubricant flow rate and to dispense at specific locations. These pumps can be used to apply lubricant on machinery and equipment or to transfer lubricants for filling and emptying containers. Air-operated pumps run on compressed air to dispense grease and oil more consistently and with less effort than manual pumps. Manual and hand-operated pumps require workers to manually pump a lever for dispensing. Electric-operated pumps are energy-efficient and driven by an integral electric motor. Dispensing guns provide a regulated flow of oils and grease. Repair kits and parts replace damaged or worn components to maintain reliable pump performance.
