Security lights are outdoor lighting fixtures that mount onto exterior walls and cast a high-powered, bright flood of light around buildings, homes, and commercial facilities to light up areas where more security and visibility are needed. They have either a fixed or an adjustable beam and one to three heads. Sometimes called motion-sensor lights or outdoor motion lights, they often include motion sensors that turn on the lights when motion is detected to help deter vandalism or crime and conserve energy.
