Vapor-tight retrofit kits convert existing vapor-tight fixtures to LED to reduce operating costs and improve light quality. They fit hazardous location fixtures of specific brands and series to upgrade them and maintain their vapor-tight qualities. The kits include components that attach to the base of an existing fixture so it doesn't have to be completely removed, replaced, and rewired. Vapor-tight lights prevent dust and moisture from entering the fixture and damaging internal wiring and components. Also called gasketed fixtures, their housing and lens fit tightly together and are sealed with a gasket.
