Lab Condensers
Available23 products
Lab condensers precipitate vapors or gases created by hot plates or Bunsen burners into liquids. They have an internal tube for the vapors to pass through and an external tube with a supply of coolant to lower the vapor's temperature and condense it into a liquid. They're often used in reflux applications.
Graham Condensers
Graham condensers have a coiled inner tube encapsulated in a straight, coolant-filled outer tube. Vapors condense or distill as they pass through the coiled tube and react with the coolant in the outer tube. The coiled tube provides more surface area and produces condensation in larger quantities and more efficiently than Liebig condensers.

Liebig Condensers
Liebig condensers have straight inner and outer tubes for condensation and distillation applications. Vapors pass through the inner tube, and coolant is supplied to the outer tube to condense vapor.

Soxhlet Condensers
Soxhlet condensers extract compounds from solids. They can be used for continuous extraction applications.

West Condensers
West condensers, also known as double-surface condensers, are narrower than Liebig condensers but provide a larger cooling surface to efficiently condense vapors.
