Filtration carts are portable wheeled filtration systems used to clean hydraulic fluid in industrial hydraulic systems, such as those found in process and automobile manufacturing. Unlike in-line filters that continuously filter fluid as it passes through the system, these portable systems are not intended to be permanently attached to the system. Clean hydraulic fluid reduces contaminant buildup and maintenance costs and extends the working life of the system.
Filtration Carts
These carts filter new fluid before adding it to a hydraulic system, flush and drain systems, and clean stored fluid. Two-stage filtration uses multiple filters to remove coarse particles before passing fluid to a second filter to remove water and smaller particles. These carts are precisely adjustable and use replaceable filters. They include a motor, pump, and filter element mounted on a wheeled cart for transport.
