Threaded Body Hydraulic Cylinders
Available29 products
Threaded-body hydraulic cylinders are threaded directly onto a fixture plate or manifold for supporting, clamping, or ejecting workpieces. The threaded body allows the cylinder to be height-adjusted for the application. The compact size allows these threaded cylinders to be mounted closely together to provide additional support or clamping pressure on long workpieces or in high-pressure applications. Threaded hydraulic cylinders have a short stroke length and are used in industrial machining applications, automation, assembly, and in hydraulic presses. The tapped plunger allows pads and extensions to be attached to protect the workpiece and provide additional clamping support.
Standard Threaded Body Cylinders
Standard threaded-body hydraulic cylinders are installed in a threaded bore on a fixture to support, clamp, or eject workpieces. The threaded body is secured to the fixture using standard flange nuts. These compact hydraulic cylinders can be placed close together to provide clamping or support for long workpieces or in high-pressure applications.

Manifold Mount Threaded Body Cylinders
Manifold-mount threaded-body hydraulic cylinders are mounted directly to a manifold block so they do not require additional plumbing. A washer and O-ring help seal the space between the cylinder and manifold to keep dirt from contaminating fluid and to avoid leaking of hydraulic fluid. They are compact to allow supports to be installed in close proximity to provide additional support.
