Mounts and Vibration Control
Antivibration mounts and other vibration control products reduce the level of noise and vibration frequency caused by machinery. Cylindrical vibration isolators are compression mounted to reduce vibration and shock on buildings and protect equipment from damage. Vibration-isolating mounts are used as end-stop bumpers or set-up elements for conveyors and assembly systems. Floor mount vibration isolators are installed under machines and equipment to reduce vibration transmissions and improve performance. Hanger mount vibration isolators feature large deflections and rubber cups to prevent sound transmission. Vibration pads are used beneath heavy machines for leveling and to dampen vibration. Grip wraps surround the handles of power and hand tools to minimize shock and vibration to the user.
