Diffuse Photoelectric Proximity Sensors

Available102 products
Diffuse photoelectric sensors detect the presence of objects using a transmitter and receiver combined in one housing. Rather than using a reflector or separate sensor, they sense light reflected off the items being monitored. These sensors have the shortest detection range of all photoelectric sensors but are easier to install than retroreflective or through-beam proximity sensors. Applications include counting translucent target items like plastic and glass containers or liquid fill level detection.

Rectangular Sensors with Non-Terminated Cables

Rectangular Sensors with Non-Terminated Cables
These rectangular sensors have non-terminated cables that can be cut to size and paired with various connectors to suit different jobs. Rectangular sensors are sturdier than cylindrical sensors due to their flat sides, making them suitable for applications where vibration is present.

Rectangular Sensors with Terminal Blocks

Rectangular Sensors with Terminal Blocks
Rectangular sensors with terminal blocks accept various direct wiring and eliminate the requirement for compatible connectors. Wires of different sizes can be installed and removed without specialized tools, simplifying installation and troubleshooting. Due to their flat sides, they are sturdier than cylindrical sensors, making them suitable for applications where vibration is present.
