Contact Form

Refers to the number and type of contacts a device has for controlling connections.

1NO/1NC indicates the device has a normally open (NO) contact and a normally closed (NC) contact. NO contacts close circuits when energized. NC contacts open circuits when energized.
SPDT-1NO/1NC this represents a single-pole, double-throw switch. They have one normally open (NO) contact and one normally closed (NC) contact. NO contacts close circuits when energized. NC contacts open circuits when energized.
DPST this represents a double-pole, single-throw switch. They control one circuit and have contacts that are normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC).
DPDT this represents a double-pole, double-throw switch. They control two circuits and have changeover contacts.

Number of Pressure Connection Ports

This represents the number of pressure connection ports that a device has. These ports are openings on pressure switches to monitor fluid or gas pressure levels.

Pressure Connection Type

This represents the port type where the pressure source connects with the device. FNPT represents female-threaded connections, MNPT represents male-threaded connections, FNPS represents straight (non-tapered) female connections, and NPSF represents straight (non-tapered) male connections. The numerical values in parentheses represent the number of pressure connections a device has.
