PTFE & Silicone Slick Surface Tape
Available306 products
These slick surface tapes have either a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film backing, or a silicone-coated glass cloth backing. PTFE tape provides a smooth anti-stick surface to reduce friction between moving parts. It withstands high temperatures for covering heated machinery and equipment. It is resistant to chemicals and provides clean-adhesive removal and cleanup of substances such as ink. PTFE Rulon has higher abrasion and wear resistance than standard PTFE film tape. PTFE glass cloth tape has the highest heat and abrasion resistance of all PTFE film tape. PTFE silicone-free tape has a rubber adhesive for use in applications where silicone contamination is a concern. Silicone-coated glass cloth tape provides a slick surface with more traction to help move material.
PTFE Slick Surface Glass Cloth Tape
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) glass cloth tape provides the most heat and abrasion resistance of all PTFE film tape. The reinforced glass cloth backing withstands tears, punctures, and high heat. It is used in applications such as heat sealing and ironing equipment, and on high-contact parts such as conveyor rollers and belts.

Silicone-Free PTFE Slick Surface Film Tape
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) silicone-free film tape has a rubber adhesive for use in applications where silicone contamination is a concern. This tape removes cleanly after it's applied and is used for composite bonding and painting applications where non-silicone tape is preferred.
