Bore Polishers
Bore polishers smooth and deburr inside (the bore) surfaces of pipes, tubes, and other cylindrical shapes. They have a series of abrasive flaps that brush against the surface. New abrasive is exposed as old abrasive is worn away. They require a mandrel for use on a die grinder or other rotary tool. The flexible, tear-resistant cloth backing conforms to contours and is more durable and tear resistant than paper.
General Purpose Bore Polishers for All Materials
General purpose bore polishers for all materials are made of coated aluminum oxide abrasive. Aluminum oxide is a strong, sharp, and durable abrasive that penetrates the work surface and withstands heat and high speeds. Example materials include metal, composites, wood, ceramic, plastic, and porcelain.
