Angle Grinder & Circular Saw Cut-Off Wheels
Available8 products
Angle grinder and circular saw cut-off wheels cut and notch metal, ceramic, and concrete. They're made of fiberglass-reinforced bonded abrasive that determines the material compatibility and durability of the wheel. Cut-off wheels cut using the edge of the wheel only, similar to a standard chop saw or table saw blade. They should not be used for grinding or snagging.

General Purpose Cut-Off Wheels for Carbon & Stainless Steel
General purpose cut-off wheels for carbon and stainless steel are made from fiberglass-reinforced aluminum oxide abrasive to create a strong cutting edge. Aluminum oxide is a strong, sharp, and durable abrasive that withstands heat and high speeds.
Type 27 Wheel
Type 27 (sometimes called type 42) has a depressed center to provide access when working at an angle or when making flush cuts. Type 27 wheels are used in right angle grinders.

Type 1 Wheel
Type 1 is flat to maximize cutting surface for increased depth of cut when making 90° cuts. Sometimes called straight or type 41, the wheel mounts close to the guard and can affect visibility.

Cool-Cutting Contaminant-Free Cut-Off Wheels for Stainless Steel
Cool-cutting, contaminant-free cut-off wheels for stainless steel and hardened metals are composed of fiberglass-reinforced ceramic abrasive and have less than 0.01% iron, sulfur, and chlorine to prevent rust and corrosion. Ceramic self-sharpens to speed cutting and keep the surface cooler, making ceramic a good choice for heat-sensitive metals. Contaminant-free abrasives are often used for food processing and nuclear applications.
