Flared Light-Cleaning Brushes for Carbon Steel
Flared light-cleaning brushes have carbon steel crimped-wire bristles to remove dirt, flaking paint, oxidation, and other contaminants from carbon steel surfaces. Crimped wire is flexible and conforms to contoured surfaces. Carbon steel bristles remove material at a high rate on iron, carbon steel, and wood. Flared end brushes effectively clean contoured surfaces and narrow corners by addressing workpieces at an angle.

Deburring Brushes for All Metals
Deburring brushes have abrasive crimped-wire bristles to smooth and remove excess material from the edges of machined workpieces. Crimped wire is flexible and conforms to contoured surfaces. Abrasive nylon bristles are embedded with a coarse material along the entire length that continuously exposes fresh abrasive for a consistent surface finish. Nylon bristles are flexible and suited for plastic, aluminum, brass, and copper. They also offer improved safety compared to wire filament bristles, which are sharp and may fall off during operation. End brushes have a narrow head of compact bristles that fit into pipes, tight spaces, recessed sections of workpieces, and molds.
