Blasting cabinets have an airtight, enclosed space to contain blast media, dust, and debris created when removing rust and surface contaminants from workpieces. They connect to an abrasive blaster that holds and dispenses media onto the workpiece. Integrated gloves protect hands from abrasive media and ensure workpieces can be handled without opening the cabinet. Cabinets connect to dust collectors to collect used media for safe disposal or reuse and to improve visibility.

Heavy-Duty Floor-Mount Siphon-Feed Blasting Cabinets
Heavy-duty floor-mount siphon-feed blasting cabinets have a durable steel body and legs for blasting operations when working with large and small workpieces. Also known as suction blasting cabinets, these siphon-feed cabinets have few parts and require less maintenance than pressure feed systems. Abrasive media is siphoned, or pulled, into the cabinet through a blasting nozzle, where it is distributed across workpieces in the cabinet.

Heavy-duty floor-mount pressure-fed blasting cabinets are faster than siphon cabinets, use less compressed air, and give the operator more control at high and low pressures. The steel cabinet and legs withstand constant use in high-production applications. Floor-mount units process large and small workpieces.
